Prevent-A-MouseTM Quarterly Program
Our Prevent-A-MouseTM program is an effective way to solve your mouse problem. Due to the reproductive power of this animal, effective control is an ongoing battle. Our process includes a combination of caulking, rodenticide treatment and periodic followup by a Critter Catchers technician.
Our initial treatment includes attic application and bait stations, as our technician deems necessary. Caulking around pipe penetrations is included. We do provide entire house caulking, for an additional fee.
Customers that complete the initial setup and a minimum of 3 replenishments, in a 12-month period, can have the service charge waived the second year.
We recommend that homes be inspected and that rodenticide be replenished 3-4 times per year, so mark your calendars. Fall and Winter can be the periods of more risk for mice.
