Prevent-A-Mouse^TM Quarterly Program

Our Prevent-A-Mouse^TM program is an effective way to solve your mouse problem.  Due to the reproductive power of this animal, effective control is an ongoing battle.  Our process includes a combination of caulking, rodenticide treatment and periodic followup by a Critter Catchers technician.

Our initial treatment includes attic application and bait stations, as necessary. Caulking around pipe penetrations is included. We do provide entire house caulking, for an additional fee.

Customers that complete a minimum of four treatments, in a 12-month period, can have the service charge waived for the following year. We will schedule treatments to complete the program, but do not hesitate to contact us if more frequent attention is required.

We recommend that homes be inspected and that rodenticide be replenished four times per year.  Generally, homes are less prone to mice infestations in the heat of the summer, so we space our treatments accordingly. 

Did you know that 6 mice can multiply into a family of 60 mice within in 3 months?  Prevention and active maintenance is the key to disrupt the cycle.
