Bat Exclusion Standard Guarantee
We are confident that we can successfully remove a bat colony from your home and provide a standard guarantee with your initial bat exclusion project. This guarantee is in effect until 1 year from the date of exclusion and is provided in writing on all bat removal contracts. During this time, if you experience bat activity inside your home (post eviction), we will come out and take necessary measures to ensure the bats are properly evicted from your home.
Please note that during the winter months, bats hibernate in walls and attics. If we perform an exclusion during this time, the bats will not be evicted until Spring, when they fly out in search of food. We have a nominal charge to remove bats from the living quarters during this time.
During the summer months, bats fly on a regular basis. We consider the bats to be evicted 1 week after the bat exclusion doors are added to the building. This allows enough time to elapse to ensure that they have had the opportunity to exit through the one-way bat exclusion doors.
You may choose to extend the standard guarantee over multiple years - 3, 5, 10 or more!
