Our business was built around the idea of helping families that live in single family residential homes.
There are many companies that focus commercial work, but we made the decision to focus our attention on private single family housing.
Commercial - We do not service commercial accounts such as malls, churches, schools, day care centers, restaurants, and condo management companies.
Rental Homes - We will work with single family rental homes, provided that the landlord be present for the initial inspection.
Realtors - Please review our real-estate transaction policy for strategies. We will work directly with the homeowner as a single point of contact. Please give them our contact information, and we will take it from there.
Multi-unit buildings - While we will not work with a condo management company, we will service duplexes, adjoining condos for mice control only (no bat work). All billing and payments must be direct with the unit holder. We will not bill a management company. Be aware that to be sucessful, you need to have all units treated and this requires participation of every unit holder. We treat each unit holder as a separate customer. You may have better success with a company that will work with the association. However, we realize this is not always possible.
Log Homes - We do not provide bat related work for these homes. We will work with these homes for mice control only.
Cedar Shake, Slate Roofs, Spanish Tile, Cement, Polymeric (Plastic) - We do not provide bat work for these homes. We will work with these homes for mice control only.
Bat exclusion program - Your home must be well maintained and accessible by a maximum of a 3 story ladder (40 foot).
