NEW Starting in 2026! For exclusions done starting in 2026, we will extend the Bat Exclusion Service Agreement Term up to a total of 5 years as long as you: Pay for services according to the terms, upgrade to Ridge-guard (if recommended), buy 4+ weighted stations, and perform Prevent-A-Mouse treatments at least quarterly on an ongoing basis.
If you stop meeting the qualifications, then the warrenty ends.
