Return Policy
We understand that people change their mind for a variety of reasons. Here is our return policy on select items:
Exterior Bait Stations- We will accept returns of these items if you call and notify us within 3 days of purchase. The items must be in resaleable condition. We will pick them up.
Services- Unfortunately, our services can not be returned. Reversing a trip to your home, and associated labor can not be undone. Once you make the decision to have a service performed, it is your responsiblity to make good on your promise to pay. You called us for help, and we responded per your direction.
