How do you stop bats from roosting on front porch?

While stopping a bat from roosting on the front porch is as challenging as stopping a bird from landing on your roof, there can be hope. Bats need a rough surface to grasp and hang out. Consider attaching Plexiglas or other smooth material over the usual roosting spot.
