Just because you have bats hanging on the front porch, it does not necessarely mean that they are living in your attic.
Many of us have experienced the daily pile of droppings on the front porch - it is enough to drive you crazy. While stopping a bat from roosting on the front porch is as challenging as stopping a bird from landing on your roof, there can be hope. While do not offer services to prevent bats from roosting on the front porch, you can try a few options.
Bats need a rough surface to grasp and hang out. Consider attaching Plexiglas or other smooth material over the usual roosting spot.
Sometimes a well placed obstacle, such as wind chimes does the trick.
Consider installing a bat house as an alternative roost spot. However, you ought to make sure you make their usual (or favorite) roost site uncomfortable.
Unfortuantely, our bat exclusion service does not prevent bats from roosting on your front porch. We are only capable of keeping them out of your home. Where they fly...is anyones guess.
